- Take 1 of canned tuna.
 
- Prepare sheets of Nori.
 
- You need  of Ripe Mango.
 
- Make ready  of Japanese Brown Rice.
 
- You need  of Japanese Mayo.
 
- Take  of Cane vinegar.
 
- Prepare  of Sugar and salt (1 tsp each).
 
- Prepare  of Cucumber.

- Cook the brown rice then add the vinegar with salt and sugar mixture..
 
- Add the cooked rice on top of nori sheets then add the mango, tuna, cucumber and mayo.
