  1. It’s 250 g of demarera sugar.
  2. It’s 350 g of / 3 mashed bananas.
  3. You need 220 g of yoghurt.

  6. Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
  7. Make ready of Dry ingredients.
  8. Make ready 240 g of GF SR flour.
  9. Prepare 100 g of corn flour.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  11. You need 75 g of ground almonds.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of baking powder.
  13. You need 60 g of sultanas.
  14. It’s 1.5 tsp of cinnamon.
  15. It’s 1 tsp of ground clove.

GF Banana Bread step by step

  1. Add sugar and bananas to a bowl. Mash and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together..
  3. Add the beaten eggs to the dry mix. Then add the yogurt, vanilla and oil. Finally, mix in the banana mush..
  4. Wipe a large loaf tin with butter and dust with flour. Then add the mix and bake at 170C for 40 min. Test with a skewer after this - it should come out without a wet coating, but crumbs are fine..
  5. Allow to cool on a rack before eating (if you can wait that long)..
