Ingredients of 5 Minute Mango Salad
- Prepare 4 of Ripe Mangoes (I used Kesar), peeled and cubed.
- It’s 1 of Cucumber, peeled & diced.
- Take 200 gms of Fresh Cottage Cheese / Paneer, cubed.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Pepper Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Honey.
- It’s 1 of Lemon, freshly squeezed.
5 Minute Mango Salad instructions
- Add the mango, cucumber & paneer cubes in a large mixing bowl. Chill in the fridge till serving time..
- To make the dressing, take a small bowl, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, pepper, honey & salt to taste. Mix well..
- Drizzle this into the mixing bowl, toss gently, serve immediately..
