Ingredients of Frittata

  1. Prepare 1 cup of spinach chopped.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of onion chopped.
  3. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
  4. Make ready 1 teaspoon of jalapeño if not green chilli.
  5. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of dhaniya powder.
  6. Take 1/2 teaspoon of amchur.
  7. Take 1 slice of cheese.
  8. It’s 2 of eggs.
  9. Prepare of as per taste Salt and pepper.

Italian-style omelets for stove top or oven.Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.Make this frittata even easier by using cooked bacon from the freezer.It's a wonderful dish to serve.

Frittata step by step

  1. First take oil in pan cook onions, ginger garlic paste with a pinch of salt very well then add jalapeños or green chilli which ever you have and cook for one min to this add spinach and pinch of salt, dhaniya powder and amchur and cook till done..
  2. Now when hot. Melt a slice of cheese into the spinach..
  3. Beat two eggs with salt and pepper to taste then add the cooked cheesy spinach to the eggs.Now grease a baking tray..
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins. Serve with sauce. (if you want u can add Italian flavours to it.).
