Ingredients of Toie's Quick and Easy Guacamole
Make ready 1 each of avocado.
It’s 1 each of tomatillo.
Prepare 1 each of serrano chile.
Prepare 1/2 small of onion - chopped.
You need 2 clove of garlic.
Take 1/2 tsp of lime juice.
Take 1/2 tsp of orange juice.
You need 1 dash of salt.
Toie's Quick and Easy Guacamole instructions
Cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop contents into bowl.
add lime juice, orange juice, quartered tomatillo, chopped chile and garlic in blender and blend until smooth.
combine all ingredients and stir or mash until desired consistency is reached.
salt to taste.
chill before serving.
*this can be quite spicy freshly made, reduce the chile in half if less heat is wanted. This mellows quite nicely after being chilled for about 24 hours.
