  1. To prepare the falafel, put the soaked chickpeas along with all the ingredients for falafel in a chopper and blend it coarsely..

  5. Now lastly after 4 hrs fry these in medium hot oil..
  6. Serve falafel with humus..
  7. For making humus, add all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and purée into a sauce like paste..
  8. For a fluffy humus add some ice cubes in the grinder while making a paste of it..
  9. Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour before serving..
  10. For garnishing add olive oil over it and sprinkle some cumin powder..
  11. Falafel can be served with humus and tahini sauce..
