Take 1/2 stick of pepperoni.
It’s 1 lb. of pizza dough.

Cook sausage meat until done. Set aside to cool..
When meat is cool, in a food processor, chop sausage meat and pepperoni into tiny pieces..
Pre heat oven to 350..
Place meat mixture into a large bowl. Add cheese and mix well..
Flour dough and stretch or roll into a large rectangle..
Place mixture onto dough leaving 1/2 inch all around. Roll like a jelly roll, tucking in sides as you go..
Place on a cookie sheet, seam down. Baste with egg wash..
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden. Let sit for 5 minutes. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!.
