Ingredients of Tom Yum Khung

  1. It’s 300 grams of of large shrimps ,peeled and clean.
  2. You need 2 cup of of chicken stock.
  3. It’s 1 stick of of lemon grass slices.
  4. It’s 3 slice of of galangal.
  5. It’s 3 of red thai chilies slices.
  6. Make ready 3 of shallots cut into half.
  7. Prepare 2 bunch of of coriander with roots.
  8. Prepare 1 large of tomato cut into 6 pieces.
  9. You need 1 tbsp of of fish sauce.
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp of of lemon juice.
  11. Take 1 tbsp of of oyster sauce.
  12. Take 1 tsp of of chicken stock powder.
  13. You need 1/2 cup of of coconut cream.
  14. Take 1 tbsp of of sweet chilli paste.

Tom Yum Khung instructions

  1. Pour chicken stock in the pot add galangal, lemon grass ,chilies ,shallots and coriander roots bring to boil..
  2. Add shrimp and tomato let's boil till shrimps are cooked.
  3. Add chicken stock powder, fish sauce ,oyster sauce and coriander.
  4. Add coconut cream and sweet chilli paste then add lemon juice.
