  7. Blend well to form smooth peaks.
  8. Add prepared custard and blend well.
  9. Add mashed bananas and blend well to form smooth peaks'.
  10. Grind digestive biscuits to fine crumbs and keep it aside.
  11. Pour the prepared icecream in chilled container and level evenly.
  12. Place sliced bananas on top.
  13. Sprinkle digestive crumbs generously on top.
  14. Cover with cling wrap and close tightly with lid. Freeze for 6-7 hours.
  15. Take the ice-cream out, thaw for 3-4 minutes, scoop out the ice-cream in serving bowls.
  16. Serve cold.
