  2. You need To taste of capers.
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.

  6. It’s 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
  7. You need 8 of garlic cloves finely chopped.

  11. Make ready 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan.

  1. Start cooking the noodles per directions. For me to get GF noodles al dente while leaving them with enough structure to not just become an unappetizing mess I soak them. Pour them into a mixing bowl and cover with warm water, hot if I'm in a hurry and going to be watching them closely.
