  1. In a bowl add d sieve flour,add yeast,add sugar,add salt mix well make a whole at d center,break in d egg add flavor(optional ½tsp)add warm water knead to make a sticky dough.
  2. Trans d dough on to working surface after sprinkling some flour,add butter mix well and knead for 20-25munites untill soft and d dough is not sticky.
  3. Take d dough back in to a greese bowl,cover allow to proof for good 40munites.
  4. Deflect d dough cut in to 8 sizes,mould in to a ball shape,arrange on to a greese baking pan,cover and allow to proof again for another 20munites.
  5. Egg wash and bake in a preheated oven for 18-20munites, immediately u remove from d oven brush some melted butter to d bread,allow to cool and serve..
