Ingredients of Healthy Meatloaf

  1. Prepare of Meatloaf.
  2. Take 1 lb of Ground Chicken.
  3. Take 1 lb of Ground Turkey.
  4. Take 1 packages of Onion Soup Mix.
  5. Make ready 2 large of Eggs.
  6. Make ready 3/4 cup of Instant Brown Rice.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic Powder.
  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of Oregano.
  9. Take of Glaze.
  10. Make ready 1/2 cup of Barbeque Sauce.
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup of Ketchup.

Healthy Meatloaf instructions

  1. Set oven to 350° and spray loaf pan with non stick spray.
  2. Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a mixing bowl with your hands or spoon..
  3. Place meatloaf mixture into loaf pan and place in oven for 55 minutes.
  4. Pour Glaze mixture on top of Meatloaf and place back in oven for 10 minutes..
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing..
  6. Serve..
