Blend milk and pudding mix with a whisk for about a minute.In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.Combine the milk and pudding mix and blend using a handheld mixer.Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mix & stir until well blended.
