- Combine chia seeds with water and let sit for about 3 minutes (this is the egg substitute).
- Pre heat oven to 375.
- Combine ingredients.
- Mix and form into meatballs.
- Place on pan and put in oven for 10 minutes.
- Flip meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes.
