Open can of artichoke hearts and drain.
Pour milk into can to cover artichoke hearts, let sit for about an hour and pour the milk out. (This will get rid of all the vinegar from the artichoke hearts).

Chop jalepeno pepper into small pieces and add it to the bowl.

Microwave for 45 seconds at a time stirring in between until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
