Sweet and Sour Pumpkin Halwa Cake step by step
- Heat a pan add 1 tsp ghee grated white pumpkin and stir continuously till moisture evaporates, now add milk, cream and cook till thickens add coconut & Condensed milk and cook till dough consistency and keep aside to cool the halwa..
- Heat a pan add 2-tsp ghee, and grated pitch pumpkin saute till it gets soften. Add milk and stir continuously when it starts bubbling add cream and cook till thickens add Condensed milk and dried chopped apricots and orange tang powder & cook till dough consistency..
- Set ready pitch pumpkin Halwa in plate lined with parchment paper and unmould on golden cake decoration plate remove the parchment paper cut logo shape in center with knife and fill with white halwa and garnish with dark& white chocolate choco chips.
