- Make ready 2 cup of Unsalted cashews.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of Lemon juice.
- You need 1/2 cup of Water.
- You need 1/4 cup of Olive oil.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of Savoury yeast flakes.
- It’s 1 tsp of Mustard.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- Take 1/2 cup of Herbs if required.
Cashew Ricotta ( vegan ) step by step
- Cover cashews with water and soak over night.
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Slowly add soaked cashews.
- Pour into an airtight container and keep in the fridge.
- If adding herbs blend these with a portion of the cashew mix.
