Prepare 1 small of Onion.
You need 3 of Boneless chicken breasts.
Make ready 1 can of Tomatoes (drained).
It’s 1 box of Kraft santa fe cooking creme.
Make ready 8 of Flour tortillas.
Take 2 tsp of Extra virgin olive oil.
Prepare 1 cup of Mexican blend cheese.
Santa fe enchiladas instructions
Preheat oven 450°F.
Pan fry chicken in pan ( you can use oil), when done shred.
Put in oil and chopped onions until browned.
Add 3/4 tub of cooking creme, tomatoes,chicken, and cheese. Stir until melted.
Scoop mixture into tortillas, use excess creme and sprinkle cheese on top if desired. Put in oven 15 min or until browned.
