  1. It’s 1 can of Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix.
  2. Make ready 2/3 cup of (5 fl oz) Evaporated Milk.
  3. Prepare 2 large of Eggs.
  4. Prepare 1 box of Yellow Cake Mix.
  5. Make ready 1 cup of Chopped Nuts of your choice.
  6. You need 1 1/2 block of Butter or Margarine, melted.

Pumpkin Crunch Cake step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Lightly grease 13x9 pan.
  3. Mix pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs.
  4. Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.
  5. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of pumpkin mixture.
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over dry cake mix.
  7. Pour melted butter/margarine evenly over nuts and dry cake mix.
  8. Bake at 350° for 45-50 min.
