Cheese Makhani balls step by step

  1. CHEESE MAKHNI BALLS..
  2. Steps:-
  3. To prepare Makhani sauce I) Heat oil and butter in a pan then, add jeera, ruffly chopped onion, ruffly chopped tomato add cashew nut in the pan..
  4. Ii) Gradually, add all thd spices (mentioned above) and add 1cup water and mix all the ingredients at medium heat in a pan/kadai. For approximately 5-10 minutes (until tomato get soften).

iii) Grind the mixture and again heat a kadai/pan, add oil and butter into the pan/kadai add grinded mixture into pan/kadai and make a thick sauce through it now, add cheese into the sauce (quantity mentioned above), give it a good mix and leave it for 5-10 minute at medium heat..

  1. Iv) Freeze the sauce after it get a bit cooled after 5-10 minutes for5-6 hours..
    1. Cheese Sauce I)Heat butter in a pan and add maida(white flour) and sotte the maida gradually add milk slowly in a gap so that lumps should not form. Add salt, oregano, chilli flakes also cheese (all quantities mentioned above) add makhani sauce into it. Mix well..
  2. 3.Cheese Balls I)Mash potato and add all the spices (mentioned above). ii)Cut frozen makhni sauce into small cubes. iii) Grease hand with oil make a small flat potato add makhni cube and grated cheese into potato and make small balls through it..
  3. Iv) Froze the balls for at least 15-20 minutes. Quote the balls in dry maida and then into slurry and finally into bread crumb.Then, deep fry the frozen balls and fried balls are ready to serve..
  4. For Garnish I) Spread the cheese sauce on the plate via spoon and in a small toothpick put pudina leaves, small cheese slice and cherry tomato on it and keep it on the cheese sauce. Put red and green sauce on the plate and finally put balls on it. And cheese makhni balls are ready to serve.
