  2. Take 1 1/2 tsp of coriander seeds.
  3. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

  6. Prepare 1 of cinnamon stick 1.

Chicken Angara step by step

  1. Dry roast 1 ½ tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 10 peppercorns, 3 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 ½ cardamom and 2 dry red chillies on a pan for 1 minute..
