You need 1 table spoon of finely chopped cilantro/ coriander leaves.
It’s 1 tea spoon of red chilly powder/flakes (add according to your taste).

You need 1 table spoon of any cooking oil.

Take a bowl mix all the ingredients.
Pre heat the oven/ tawa.
Take a slice of bread, spread mixed vegetables evenly on top of it.
Place bread slices on oven tray and bake them for 20-25 minutes on oven with 300 degree C, if you are doing it on tawa then place the bread slices on tawa and cover it with lid then bake for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
After 20 minutes take out the bread slices from oven/tawa, serve hot with tomato ketchup.
