- Prepare of Boiled turkey (tear into small pieces).
- Prepare of Turkey broth.

- Boil turkey meat with onion, garlic, and ginger for 30-60 min (depends on potion).
- Take out meat and tear into small pieces.
- Strain broth, add syoyu, squeezed lemon juice, salt and sesame oil.
- Chop baby onion.
- Boil rice noodle.
- Add noodle in soup.
- Add meat, basil leaf, baby onion and ground sesame.
- Black pepper, Sansho pepper, Chili powder, oil etc, optional if you like it more spicy.
