  2. Make ready 4 cup of Napa Cabbage (Chopped).
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Carrots (Shredded).
  4. Make ready 1 cup of Cilantro (Chopped).
  5. You need 2 cup of Bean Sprouts.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of Peanuts (Chopped).
  7. Make ready of Coleslaw Sauce Mixture.
  8. It’s 1/2 cup of Sweet Chili Sauce.
  9. Take 1/4 cup of Rice Vinegar.
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup of Coconut Milk.
  11. It’s 2 clove of Garlic (Minced).
  12. Take 3 tbsp of Brown Sugar.
  13. Take 1 tbsp of Creamy PeanutButter.
  14. Make ready 1 tsp of Ginger (Fresh & Grated).

Thai Coleslaw step by step

  1. In a mixing bowl mix together all the Coleslaw Sauce ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix together the cabbage, carrots, cilantro and peanuts.
  3. Add desired amount of sauce into the slaw. Make sure that you don't just dump all the sauce or else it'll be very soggy.
  4. Refrigerated until cold, in our house we like to use this recipe on top of Turkey burgers.
