- Take 1 of big size corn cob.
- Take 2 of boiled and mashed potatoes.
- It’s 1/2 cup of mashed cottage cheese/paneer.
- You need 1 inch of piece of ginger grated.
- You need 2 of chopped green chillies.
- You need 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Take 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of chat masala powder.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of corn flour.
- You need 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
- It’s of Oil for frying.
Corn Cheese Balls /Kababs step by step
- Boil corn cobs with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar along water water after cool separate corn kernnels.
- Then grind to make a coarse paste.
- In a big vessel mix corn paste boiled and masshed potatoes grated cottage cheese/paneer with grated ginger chopped chillies and all the dry powders along with other mentioned ingredients mix well all the ingredients.
- Dissolve corn flour in water.
- Make balls out of the corn mixture and dip in corn paste one by one.
- Roll all the balls in bread crumbs.
- Coat all the balls in bread crumbs.
- Fry all the balls in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown in colour one by one.
- Take them out in a plate and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
