Ingredients of Paneer Cheese Balls

  1. Take 2 cups of crumbled paneer.
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup of chopped onions.
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of finely chopped green chillies.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of rice flour.
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp of besan.
  7. Take 1 tbsp of cornflour.
  8. Take 2 tbsp of finely chopped dhaniya or coriander leaves.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 20 of small pieces of cubed cheese.

Paneer Cheese Balls step by step

  1. Divide the mixture of paneer, ginger, cornflour, besan, rice flour salt and dhaniya patta into 20 portions.
  2. Shape each portion into a flat round shape and put a cube of cheese in the centre.
  3. Bring all the sides together and roll them again.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry some balls at a time and fry till it turns light brown and crispy from all sides.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve immediately with sauce of your choice!.
