  1. Add pasta to boiling water.
  2. Take a pot and boil some water,add a little salt to it.
  3. Prep your veges and place in a bowl.
  4. Slice Turkey tails and season the slices with salt,black pepper and steak seasoning.
  5. Take a cast iron skillet or wok;heat it, add oil and butter add half of the veggies and some teriyaki sauce.
  6. Once the first bunch of veggies have cooked a little add the rest.
  7. Add pasta to the stir fry and cook for 5-6 minutes.
