Ingredients of Corn Cheese Balls

  1. Make ready 2 cup of Boiled and Mashed potatoes.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of boiled corn kernels.
  3. It’s 1/3 cup of chopped corinder leaves.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
  5. Take 2-3 tbsp of corn flour.
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of grated processed cheese.
  7. You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  9. You need As needed of Mozerella Cheese.
  10. Make ready 1 of chopped green chilli.
  11. It’s handful of mint leaves chopped.
  12. Make ready as needed of Vermicelli for coating.
  13. Make ready 1/2 cup of Maida(all purpose flour) for coating.
  14. Take as needed of Oil for frying.

Corn Cheese Balls step by step

  1. Take a bowl put roughly mashed potato add salt+pepper+green chilli+chilli flakes+corinder and mint leaves + corn+cornflour+1/4 cup grated cheese and mix and mash it very well..
  2. Now cut Cheese into small small cubes..
  3. Take small ball size mixture on hand flat it and put cheese cube in center and make a ball.similarly make all the balls and keep aside for 10mins..
  4. Now take maida and mix water in it and make a batter not so runny or not so thick(same a aloo bhajiya batter)..
  5. Now dip your ball into maida batter and coat with vermicelli..
  6. Keep in refrigerator for 30min..
  7. Heat oil for deep frying and fry the balls from all the sides till they turns to golden and crispy..
  8. Ready to serve..
