Ingredients of Corn Cheese Balls
- Make ready 2 cup of Boiled and Mashed potatoes.
- Take 1/2 cup of boiled corn kernels.
- It’s 1/3 cup of chopped corinder leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
- Take 2-3 tbsp of corn flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of grated processed cheese.
- You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need As needed of Mozerella Cheese.
- Make ready 1 of chopped green chilli.
- It’s handful of mint leaves chopped.
- Make ready as needed of Vermicelli for coating.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Maida(all purpose flour) for coating.
- Take as needed of Oil for frying.
Corn Cheese Balls step by step
- Take a bowl put roughly mashed potato add salt+pepper+green chilli+chilli flakes+corinder and mint leaves + corn+cornflour+1/4 cup grated cheese and mix and mash it very well..
- Now cut Cheese into small small cubes..
- Take small ball size mixture on hand flat it and put cheese cube in center and make a ball.similarly make all the balls and keep aside for 10mins..
- Now take maida and mix water in it and make a batter not so runny or not so thick(same a aloo bhajiya batter)..
- Now dip your ball into maida batter and coat with vermicelli..
- Keep in refrigerator for 30min..
- Heat oil for deep frying and fry the balls from all the sides till they turns to golden and crispy..
- Ready to serve..
