  2. Make ready 1/2 packet of maggi noodles, cooked & drained.
  3. Make ready 1 of onion, chopped.
  4. You need 2 of green chilies, chopped.
  5. You need 1 tbsp. of fresh grated coconut.
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp. of sev.
  7. You need 1 tsp. of ginger-garlic, grated.
  8. It’s 2 tbsp. of coriander leaves, chopped.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp. of tomato, chopped.
  10. Take 2 tbsp. of coloured bell peppers, chopped.
  11. Prepare to taste of salt.
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp. of chilli flakes.
  13. Make ready 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder.
  14. It’s 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder.
  15. It’s 1/2 tsp. of roasted cumin powder.
  16. You need 1-2 tbsp. of oil to shallow fry.
  17. You need of grated coconut, sev, coriander leaves & fresh red chilies to garnish.

Pour the mix over the noodles.Divide the noodle mix between the holes of the muffin pan.Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil.In large bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients, along with salt and pepper (less salt if you are using meat).

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except oil and garnishes)..
  2. Heat oil in a pan and pour the contents. Spread it evenly around the pan. Cover and cook on a low flame till it is done on one side..
  3. Gently flip it over and cook the other side too till done. Transfer to a serving plate and serve. garnished with coriander leaves, sev chilies and fresh grated coconut..
