  8. Add 1 tsp bacon drippings or butter to skillet. Heat over medium heat and add eggs, bacon, pear cubes, potatoes and 2/3 cup cheese..
  9. Stir until eggs begin to set. Top with remaining cheese and pear slices. Garnish with crumbled bacon..
  10. Bake in oven until eggs are fully set about 13 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!.
