Ingredients of Frittata

  2. Take 3 clove of garlic.
  3. Take 6 of radish thinly sliced.
  4. It’s 6 of chestnut mushrooms thinly sliced.
  5. It’s 75 grams of garden peas.
  6. Prepare 50 grams of sliced ham.
  7. Take 1 of tomato thinly sliced.
  8. You need 1 tsp of dried mixed herbs.
  9. Make ready 6 medium of eggs.
  10. Prepare 100 ml of milk.
  11. You need 1 of salt and pepper.
  12. Prepare 50 grams of goats cheese thinly sliced.

Italian-style omelets for stove top or oven.Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.Make this frittata even easier by using cooked bacon from the freezer.It's a wonderful dish to serve.

Frittata instructions

  1. Chop onions, garlic and mushrooms and sorte in a pan for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. Add radish, peas and cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Leave mix to cool, whisk egg and milk and add herbs, salt and pepper to the eggs.
  4. Add onion mix into oven proof pan, place ham on top of onion mix add the egg mix, slice tomato and place over the egg mix, place cheese slices on top.
  5. Cook in a preheated onion at 180°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
