Ingredients of Tofu with Hot Chilli Tomato Sauce

  1. Prepare 1 of carrot.
  2. It’s 3 of tomatos.
  3. Prepare 1 of onion.
  4. It’s 1/2 tbsp of red pepper powder.
  5. It’s of soy sauce.
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of peanut oil.
  7. You need 200 grams of tofu.

Tofu with Hot Chilli Tomato Sauce instructions

  1. Carrot and onion peeled and chopped..
  2. Chop tomatos.
  3. Put oil into the pan.
  4. Put onion and cook until gold.
  5. Add your chopped carrot and tomatos.
  6. Cook for about 2mins . Then add 1 pinch of sea salt.
  7. Pour into a little bit of hot water.
  8. Add your red pepper powder and soy sauce. I used the korean one..
  9. Add your tofu.
  10. Cover the lid and let it shimmer for 15 - 30 mins.
  11. Serve! I ate this with white rice. Yummyyy!!!.
