  1. Take 250 gm of Keema.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of rice.
  3. Take 1 cup of roasted Moong dal.
  4. Make ready 1 of onion finely chopped.
  5. It’s 1 of finely chopped green chilli.
  6. You need 1 tsp of chopped ginger.
  7. Make ready 1 tsp of chopped garlic.
  8. Prepare 1 of tomato finely chopped.
  9. Take 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  12. Make ready 1 stick of cinnamon stick.
  13. Make ready 3 of green cardamom seeds.
  14. Make ready 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
  15. Make ready 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  16. It’s 1 tsp of whole cumin seeds.
  17. Take 2 of bay leaves.
  18. You need to taste of Salt.
  19. You need 1/4 tsp of sugar.
  20. Make ready 3 tsp of oil.

  1. Heat a kadhai add oil then add cumin seeds,bay leaves,whole garam masala,then add finely chopped onions saute for few minutes,,.
  2. Then add finely chopped ginger and garlic saute for few minutes then add mutton keema and other dry spices cook it in a low medium flame for about 15 minutes then add.
  3. Finely chopped tomatoes cook it for few minutes then add washed rice and dal mix it then add water,salt and sugar cover it cook it for 20 minutes in a low medium flame or till it’s done.. serve hot with a tsp of ghee.,.
