Ingredients of Spam and Egg Sushi Roll

  1. Make ready 1 can of Spam or Spam Lite cut into 1" strips.
  2. Take 1/2 of soy sauce.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of oyster sauce.
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup of sugar.
  5. You need 6 of eggs.
  6. You need 4 cups of cooked sushi/sticky rice.
  7. Prepare 6 tablespoons of rice vinegar.
  8. Prepare 2 of cucumbers and/or carrots cut into 1/2"strips.
  9. Make ready 1 cup of mayonnaise (use Japanese mayo like Kewpie if you can).
  10. Prepare sheets of Nori/seaweed.

  13. Prepare 1/2 cup of water to seal Nori roll.
