  1. It’s 1 lb. (16 oz.) of Velveeta cheese, cubed.
  2. You need 1 cup of sour cream.
  3. Make ready 1 (14 oz.) of smoked sausage link.
  4. It’s 1/2 cup of each, red and green peppers, chopped.
  5. It’s 1/2 cup of onion, chopped.
  6. Prepare 1 of Roma tomato, chopped.
  7. It’s 1 clove of garlic, minced.
