preheat oven at 350º.
chop spinach garlic onion and mix together along with the mayonnaise.
pour mixture into a baking pan and put into oven for 30 mins.
while dip is in oven cut pita into triangles & place on cookie sheet.
brush pita triangles with olive oil sprinkle with salt and Italian season.
place pita into oven for 15 mins or until toasted.
