  2. It’s 500 grams of tomato passata.
  3. Make ready 400 grams of frozen peas, thawed.
  4. It’s 1 small of shallot, diced.
  5. Take 1 of garlic clove, minced.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of sugar.
  7. Make ready 1 of vegetable stock cube.
  8. It’s 1 of salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper.
  9. You need of Dumplings.
  10. You need 1 pinch of baking powder.
  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of salt.
  12. Take 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
  13. Make ready 1 of egg.
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Vegetarian Dumpling Stew instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add the shallot. Fry for a minute then add garlic. After about 30 sec add peas.
  2. Next, add tomato passata and some water (between 1 and 2 cups) with a crumbled stock cube. Bring to a boil.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and cayenne..
  4. Combine all the dumpling ingredients. Add one teaspoon worth of mixture in the boiling soup. Cover for 1 minute.
