Ingredients of Mango Ricotta Parfait
- It’s 1 cup of Fresh Ricotta.
- Prepare 2 of mangoes, Peeled and cut into cubes.
- Take 4 tbsp of chocolate cake crumbled(optional).
- Prepare 7-8 of Marie biscuits, crushed.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of melted Butter.
- You need 4 tbsp of Condensed Milk.
- Make ready 1 of Lemon.
- Make ready Aa needed of Mint leaves for garnish.
Mango Ricotta Parfait instructions
- First of all to make the base
Crush the biscuits using a rolling pin. Melt the butter and mix it well with the crushed biscuits.
Set it in the serving glasses.
- Zest the lemon over the cut mangoes and put some lemon juice in the mango and mix gently.
- Now add condensed milk in the ricotta and mix with a spoon to get a smooth mixture.
- Now for assembling in the serving glass
Put the crushed biscuit as a layer at the bottom.
Over that layer 2 spoons of prepared ricotta cream and then a layer of the lemony mango..
- Now add a layer of crumbled chocolate cake, ricotta cream and top layer with the mango..
