  1. Piyaz, band gobi, shimla mirch, hara lasan aur laal gajar bareek kat lein allu aur tamatar cubes main kat lein biryani ke colour ko thore say doodh main dal ke mix karen hara daniya aur hari mirch bhi kat lein.
  2. Chawalon ko dho ke 35 mins ke liye bhigo dein.
  3. Ek dagchi main oil garam kar ke us main teezpat, long, sabit kali mirch, curry pate, darchini, aur zeera dal dein.
  4. Ab piyaz add karen 2 mins baad hara lasan add karen.
  5. Thori dair baad lasan adrak paste add karen aur golden brown hone tak pakaein.
  6. Piyaz golden brown ho jaye toh tamatar aur dahi add karen.
  7. Phir laal mirch, kuta daniya, sonf powder, haldi, garam masala aur namak dal ke 3 mins pakaein.
  8. Ab matar aur allu add kar ke mix kar ke dakan de ke 5 mins ke liye rakh dein.
  9. 5 mins baad shimla mirch, band gobi aur laal gajar dal ke phir say 3 mins ke liye dakan de ke rakh dein.
  10. Ab 7 glass pani ke dal dein namak zaroor check kijiye ga.
  11. Pani dalne ke baad jab pani ubalne lage toh bhigoye huay chawal dal dein.
  12. Waqfe waqfe say chamch chalate rahein jab tak pani khushk ho jaye.
  13. Jab pani khushk ho jaye toh biryani ka colour jo doodh main mix kar ke rakha tha wo upar dal dein sath main hara daniya aur hari mirch bhi kati huay dal ke dam pe 20 mins ke liye rakh dein.
  14. 20 mins baad chule say utar ke garma garam serve karen.
