Ingredients of Jailhouse rice
It’s 1 tsp of olive oil.
You need 1 1/2-2 lbs of ground turkey.
It’s 1/2 of large or 1 medium onion chopped.
Prepare 3-4 of celery stalks chopped.
Take 1 can of mixed veggies (optional).
Prepare 1 quart (4 cups) of chicken broth.
It’s 1 1/2-1 3/4 cups of parboiled rice.
Take 1 can of cream of celery soup- healthy request.
You need to taste of Adobo seasoning.
It’s to taste of Garlic powder.
Make ready to taste of Dried parsley.
Prepare to taste of Salt & pepper.
