  2. Take 1/2 cup of palm oil.
  3. Prepare of Red pepper.

  2. Use hand or mortar and pestle to remove the peel.
  3. Wash your beans and remove sand.
  4. Put onions, scotch bonnet and red pepper.
  5. Use blender or grinding machine and grind the beans to a softer and smooth batter.
  6. Add some oil, salt and spices to the batter and mix well.
  7. Put some oil in your mold so to avoid stickin of moimoi.
  8. Fry some palm oil with onions.
  9. Put the mixture in the mold and cook for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
