It’s 1 cup of chicken (boiled and shredded).
Take 1 of potatoes (boiled and mashed).
It’s 1 of egg.
You need of Bread crumbs.
Make ready 4 tbsp of mayonnaise.

Roll bread slices until it becomes very thin.
Then apply very thin layer of mashed potatoes on whole slice.
Mix mayonnaise in boiled chicken..u can add spices also if u like…I like it with black pepper only so boiled chicken in black pepper and salt.
Now put this mixture in middle of bread and roll the slice..fill all slices like this and freeze for one hour.
Now take out from freezer and cut each slice in three pieces.
Now dip these in Beaten egg and coat in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil until light golden colour.
Serve with ketchup or chutney.
