  1. You need of Boiled turkey (tear into small pieces).
  2. Make ready of Turkey broth.
  3. Take 1/2 of lemon.
  4. You need of Syoyu.
  5. Prepare of Salt.
  6. Take of Roast sesame oil.
  7. Make ready of Ground roast sesame.
  8. You need of Basil leaf (coriander).

  1. Boil turkey meat with onion, garlic, and ginger for 30-60 min (depends on potion).
  2. Take out meat and tear into small pieces.
  3. Strain broth, add syoyu, squeezed lemon juice, salt and sesame oil.
  4. Chop baby onion.
  5. Boil rice noodle.
  6. Add noodle in soup.
  7. Add meat, basil leaf, baby onion and ground sesame.
  8. Black pepper, Sansho pepper, Chili powder, oil etc, optional if you like it more spicy.
